Everything showed up exactly how I ordered it, with no mix-ups or surprises, if that makes sense. Straightforward and easy experience.

My order did eventually arrive, but it was way later than I expected. What bothered me most was the lack of updates, I kept checking the tracking and it just sat there with the same vague status for days. Even the delivery date kept feeling like a guess. The item was fine once it got here, but the waiting and not knowing was frustrating.

I have to admit, the paper quality is way better than I expected. It feels great, has a nice texture, and the prints came out looking really clean with no weird marks or issues. i’m almost expecting an apology for not finding this sooner.

I had a question about the paper weight, and they got back to me quickly. Not sure what else people expect, but their answer was clear, friendly, and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle. My order showed up just fine too, so I’d definitely buy from Hiromi Paper again.

I was hoping there’d be a better range of paper to choose from, but the selection felt thin. I’ve shopped for paper here and there in the past and usually like comparing colors, sizes, and finishes, but a lot of what I had in mind just wasn’t available.
It might be fine if you already know exactly what you need and they happen to carry it, but for browsing, it was a bit disappointing. I didn’t really find enough options worth picking from, so I ended up leaving without buying anything...

I can usually find the papers I’m looking for on hiromipaper.com, and to be fair, the stock info is mostly accurate. A couple things I wanted were sold out, which is kind of on them, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I just wish they’d get restocks moving a little faster

I thought this was a solid deal overall. I’m so used to packages showing up crushed or barely protected, so it was kind of a relief that this one was packed really carefully. Everything arrived safe, which shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but apparently it is these days...

I picked up some washi sheets for printmaking, and they worked out well for what I needed. The colors were accurate, which saved me from having to adjust my plans, and the sheets were packed flat so there were no bent corners or creases. Nice to be able to open it up and use it right away.
